One ques­tion, where did they film the restau­rant scene? The one where Bruce Wayne meets Har­vey Dent.

My wife tells me that the restau­rant scene you are ask­ing about was filmed in one of the hall­ways of Union Sta­tion. Her only proof is that one day on her way to work, there was a huge area at Union Sta­tion blocked off, and they had moved a bunch of din­ner tables and “restau­rant type” fur­ni­ture into the area. They were arrang­ing it when she was on her way home in the afternoon.
